Environmental Policy

ICON Capital Group, LLC, and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “ICON Capital” or “ICON” or “us” or “we) is committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace, protecting the environment, and conserving energy and natural resources. To that end, we are committed to being environmentally responsible within each of our offices and within the communities in which we do business. As a financial services and advisory firm, our operations generally result in a minimal direct impact on the environment; however, we will take a proactive approach to make environmentally friendly decisions a part of our daily routine. ICON Capital has adopted policies and guidelines that provide the foundation for the following corporate policy objectives:

• Conserve natural resources by reusing and recycling materials (including paper, computer equipment and printers) and purchasing recycled materials whenever practicable
  
  
• Reduce waste by limiting the volume of printed material for internal purposes and utilizing electronic storage whenever feasible
  
  
• Ensure the responsible use of energy throughout our business, including conserving energy and improving energy efficiency. Measures that have been adopted include encouraging and, where appropriate, subsidizing car pooling and use of mass transit; promoting the use of videoconferencing to reduce travel; and making energy efficiency a priority in purchasing products
  
  
• Strive to continually improve ICON Capital’s environmental management system and performance
  
  
• Through the sponsorship of alternative energy, also commonly referred to as “Green Energy” practices
