Tombstones representing completed engagements are posted to the ICON Capital website for a period generally of thirty-six (36) months. At ICON Capital sole discretion a tombstone may remain for a shorter or longer period of time as determined by the executive management of ICON Capital as such tombstones are selected based on ICON Capital’s determination of the relevance and significance of the engagements to demonstrate ICON Capital’s experience, except where there is a confidentiality concern or client approval has not been obtained.
